| Prior to the start up of Absolute, Larry had extensive business and entrepreneurial experience. Having started working at his fathers business at the age of ten, then owning and operating a small lawn care business, and an automobile / boat detailing business. The concepts of hard work, and responsibility were taught at a young age. Larry has continually maintained a high work ethic while pursuing his academic goals, being a Deans list graduate of Anne Arundel Community College, and Towson State University. |
| Larry's first experience in fire protection was obtained as a field technician while finishing his under graduate studies. Start up of Absolute Fire Protection was achieved during his senior year, with his long time best friend Dan Mathias. Their first job was completed while still in school, and upon graduation fire protection has been Larry's career devotion. Larry is involved with all aspects of Absolute including; financial operations, design, engineering, estimating, consulting, installations, testing, inspections, employee affairs, and customer relations. |
| Building lasting relationships with customers, while providing superior service are things that Larry takes personal. Each project is given special attention. Making and keeping customers part of the Absolute family is the number one priority. This is evident by the fact that Absolute is still working for their very first customer! |
| Larry is a member of The National Fire Protection Association, The National Federation of Independent Business, The Annapolis & Anne Arundel Trade Council, and has received an Executive Citation Award form Anne Arundel County for service to the Community. |
| Larry's passions outside of the fire protection field include; playing tennis, basketball, and personal fitness. A classic car aficionado, and avid boater, Larry resides in Annapolis with his wife, family and dog. |
